My Approach to Helping

I believe people can survive--and thrive--through life crisis. I can help those willing to work hard to use their problems to learn more about who they are and why they are here. I am an ally to those who wish to shed guilt, heal childhood wounds, and want more joy in their lives. I can help people connect more to their inner guidance through dreams, visualizations, art, and journaling.

More Info About My Practice
