My Approach to Helping
Do you feel distant from your significant other? Is your life and or relationship less fulfilling that it used to be? Do you find yourself worrying a lot? Individual or relationship therapy can provide you with feeling better regardless if your issues are circumstantial or internal. You probably have either tried to solve issues on your own or ignored them but they have reached a point where you need help sorting them out. You may you have ambivalent feelings and be scared of getting help. Therapy can help you enjoy life again. Many of my clients have never been in therapy before and were hesitant about it in the beginning. Benefits of therapy reported include: better relationships, more focus and productivity, feeling like themselves again, having more fun in their lives, and a reduction in the amount of stress they feel.
