My Approach to Helping
I believe that the person coming to therapy is the expert in their own life and situation; therefore the relationship between the client and the counselor is extremely important. Once a healthy relationship is established then the client and counselor can begin to work on destructive thoughts, impulses and behaviors that are interfering with the clients happiness or goals.
