My Approach to Helping
I strive to tailor my care to meet the needs of each client by carefully assessing the presenting problem and underlying issues in order to apply the therapeutic method that that my client and I determine to be most effective. I believe in helping to explore the available strengths of my clients that they can use to alter whatever process or pattern that might be creating obstacles for them. I strongly believe in using mindfulness and maintaining openness in my work with people.
