Benefits of therapy:
- Develop new patterns
- Increase your confidence
- Increase your self-esteem
- Improve your relationships
- Feel empowered as you deal with life?s difficult situations
Approach
I employ a collaborative approach, which means I include the strengths you bring and your perspective. In the session, we focus on what brought you to counselling / therapy, as well as develop an understanding of who you are based on your previous experiences including the emotional response. As we focus on these experiences, I help facilitate integration and understanding of experiences and emotions through different interventions.
My goal is to facilitate your journey as you work towards your potential and improving your wellbeing. This helps you discover who you are, your passions and what you want in life.
