My Approach to Helping

I believe that what we experience, even if it is depression or anxiety, has meaning, and that our task is to discover that meaning. I treat the individual, not the symptoms. I am steeped in a traditional psychoanalytic mode, but believe the mind and body are interconnected and am able to offer homeopathic treatment as an adjunct to psychotherapy.
