My Approach to Helping
My philosophy is that I am the persons guide through an obstacle/dilemma; that each and every individual want to make good choices in life, but sometimes have difficulty but want to learn to make healthier choices in order to become the person they aspire to be to reach their full potential. I believe that, if empowered, everyone has the potential to reach their full potential yet some do not have the healthy mental health tools/skills to achieve them.
