My Approach to Helping

No matter how broken you feel, there are places of strength inside you. I believe that you possess the power to transform yourself. I am passionate about helping you discover the healer within. Talking to someone who listens with compassion and genuineness is often the first step toward healing. You may be suffering now because of painful experiences or damaged relationships. Our work together will help you tap into those places to bring growth, self-acceptance and meaningful change to your life.

More Info About My Practice

I am currently available for teletherapy (video) sessions for Colorado residents during the COVID-19 crisis. Many insurance plans are covering these sessions.

My physical office is conveniently located in Denver, CO serving The Highlands, Cherry Creek, Sunnyside, Lower Downtown, Sloan's Lake and West Colfax neighborhoods and neighboring communities of Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Arvada, and Edgewater.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Like many others, you may struggle with feelings of depression, grief, anxiety or feel haunted by a traumatic experience. You may be struggling with questions about pregnancy and pregnancy loss. If you are looking for guidance and support with any of these concerns, I encourage you to contact me.

The Hidden Feelings of Motherhood -- This quarterly workshop addresses the unique concerns of motherhood and provides an opportunity for support and connection in a non-judgmental atmosphere.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Actually, going to therapy means you are courageous. It is courageous to reach out to a stranger and open yourself up to getting help. It is courageous to search for ways to improve your relationships, daily life and the way you feel.
