My Approach to Helping

If you are looking for an experienced therapist with a warm and empathic approach, I encourage you to call me for a phone consultation. For students and for KAISER Permanente members, I offer a Sliding Fee Scale. My intent is to provide a safe, confidential setting for you to express your concerns so that we can work together to achieve your unique therapy goals. My style is interactive and purposeful. In addition to working with individual women/men, and couples, I facilitate Women's Groups which are quite effective in improving self-esteem and interpersonal relationships. With over 20 yrs of experience, I have developed many ways to help with relationship problems; self-esteem issues, anxiety & fears; personal growth; depression; grief & loss, spiritual growth, transitions; stress; and trauma. My office is very comfortable, and I consider myself to be open, direct and sensitive. I strive to be accessible by personally answering phone calls, often right when you call, and by providing SATURDAY appointments. My phone # is 303-883-7421. I welcome your call!
