One of the biggest myths about romantic relationships is that once a relationship has lost its' spark, you can't get it back. Not true! If you started your relationship madly in love and with a deep feeling of connection, you can probably find your way back to it. Simply put, you and your partner will need to do less of what pulls you apart and do more of what brings you closer as a couple. I can help you with both. My approach is very proactive and you can expect specific feedback on how to improve your relationship.
I work with insurance plans on a very limited basis. Sessions covered by insurance are only 45-minutes which often leaves clients feeling rushed. Regardless though if this is the route you'd like to take, I am currently a provider for Blue Shield, Magellan, CompCare, Compsych and MHN. I also can provide a bill for PPO plans that reimburse for services from out-of-network providers. Email me to discuss details.
My cash rates vary with location but are always for 60-minute sessions. The initial appointment is a 90-minute session.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
Several of my clients have told me that they feel a lasting change within 3-6 months of weekly sessions, but length of time varies with the individual's needs.
