My Approach to Helping
My greatest passion in life is to witness the growth I see in my clients. I find it very rewarding to watch others transform into the person they aspire to be---peaceful, happy, loving, confident, strong, resilient, effective, successful and inspired. My approach ventures beyond conventional psychotherapy to provide lasting change the first time around. Old, unwanted symptoms and patterns disappear as positive thoughts, behaviors, and feelings take their place. With my advanced education in several proven, leading-edge mind-body approaches, I am able to offer a wide range of assistance, from performance enhancement, to stress/trauma recovery, to healing addictions and compulsive behavior such as eating disorders, to relationship issues, panic and depression. My therapy is compassionate, gentle and extraordinarily effective. I am often able to help people who have not achieved satisfaction from previous therapy.

More Info About My Practice
I offer a sliding scale from $200 down to $140 per session hour. I accept credit cards, checks and cash. Most Anthem Blue Cross PPO plans are welcome. Generally, however, I prefer to work outside of insurance where possible because insurance tends to limit the session length, frequency and number, and reduce the work to surface-level symptom management rather than growth and healing.
