My Approach to Helping

I believe in the effectiveness of family systems theory which states that a family functions as a unit; so when one person is stressed, it will be felt throughout the family.I believe families and individuals have strengths and resources to solve their problems with the guidance of a therapist.Many people do not realize it is not too difficult
to understand what their self defeating beliefs are and how they may be repeating patterns of dysfunction stemming from their families of origin. I help you to understand how certain behaviors you see in your self, your partner,spouse or children can be resolved by simply altering the way you relate to them.

 

More Info About My Practice

My office hours are 8AM until 9PM Mon. thru Thursday. Friday and Sat as needed.
I am an AETNA provider and provide clients with an invoice each month to submit to their insurance companies. Reimbursement varies from one company to another.
The office is one block from the R5 train station.
