My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling "out of sync," unmotivated, confused, lethargic, stuck, anxious, depressed? Are your relationships suffering? Your productivity at work? Your belief in yourself? When one area of your life is depleted, it can create imbalance in all other areas of your life. This can include areas of emotional health, physical health, nutrition, sleep, relationships, work, money, and spirituality. My holistic approach addresses clients as a "whole" person...all aspects within yourself (biology, thoughts, feelings) and outside yourself (work, culture, relationships, finances, etc.)
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified Holistic Health Coach, I facilitate your body's own natural healing process. I strive to help you trust and value yourself...especially the inherent power, protection, and messages your body and emotions continuously offer. By learning to decipher these messages, you can learn to respond effectively and live a "synchronous" life!
I am also trained in hypnosis, which works well with anxiety, weight loss, fears, and personal aspirations. I counsel individuals and groups; conduct workshops in clinics, fitness clubs, corporate, and educational communities; teach graduate courses in counseling; and provide consultation and supervision for interested healthcare professionals and settings.
