My Approach to Helping
Are you struggling with feelings of frustration, sadness, anxiety, or being blocked in your personal or professional life? Do you find yourself or your children struggling with the same problems and feelings over and over again? I believe that making the decision to start psychotherapy treatment is an important one and I recognize that it stems from your hope for a better tomorrow. My philosophy is to help each individual and family maximize their strengths in a non-judgmental, relaxed, compassionate, and safe environment. My experience includes psychological counseling to individuals of all ages, couples, and families, psychological testing to help in identifying challenges or concerns with aptitude and functioning, crisis intervention, substance abuse, multicultural concerns, and working with military members and their families. Please visit my website for more information. Together we can look at new ways of experiencing your world which can lead to increased self awareness, the creation of healthy meaningful relationships, and feelings of wholeness. As a California Registered Psychological Assistant-PSB33052 (Supervised by Michael Gerson, PhD PSY8785), I am able to provide superb care for a lower fee.

This group meets Tuesdays at 7pm. * Pet Loss Support Group. The loss of a pet can be painful and stressful for everyone involved, not just children. We understand that your little one wasn't "just a pet" and that it takes time to grieve your loss. This support group can aid in your healing.
