My Approach to Helping
I have the privilege of helping a broad range of participants find balance and peace through challenges such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, trauma, and low self-esteem. With respectful collaboration and finding your unique sources of inspiration, you will set realistic goals to meet and maintain. These goals include improved relationships (with your partner, your family, your community, and yourself), vocational/educational pursuits, mental health/addictions recovery, and holistic wellness. Therapy will intervene to tap into your highest dreams and your deepest self. The heights and depths of your truth is realized through a series of shorter term improvements. We will work with your learning styles, your barriers, your connections, and your questions to create the foundation for change. Your desires for trust, self-esteem, positive worldview, health, connectedness, life flow, and communication combine with skilled, compassionate guidance and best practices.
