My Approach to Helping

I am a Psychologist with 20 years of clinical experience and the owner and Clinical Director of a private, group practice. The philosophy and approach to care at my practice is truly multifaceted. We offer a variety of types of psychotherapy including individual therapy for adults, teens, and children, marital/couples therapy, family therapy, and parent effectiveness counseling. We also offer alternative health care (or wellness care) involving Nutrition Therapy and an approach known as NET or NeuroEmotional Technique. NET is an integrated mind/body approach to resolving a wide range of health challenges and to overcoming barriers to goal achievement. In addition, we provide Career Coaching aimed at helping people from many types of backgrounds to find greater meaning, satisfaction, and success in their work of choice. Regardless of the type of service, our overarching focus is on meeting our clients at whatever point of stagnation or difficulty or suffering they are experiencing when they contact us and providing thoughtful, strategic, sensitive guidance in helping our clients to move forward in their lives.
