My Approach to Helping

I use both short term and longer term psychotherapy in order to provide more choice for my clients. I see children and adults up to age 65. I do couples counseling, parents with child/adolescent difficulties, individuals with depression or anxiety, and especially people going through stressful transitions. I focus on good relationships within families and within individuals (ie. How we relate to ourselves). I run evening psychotherapy groups for adults which some clients find very helpful. When someone comes to see me they can expect that I will listen to what they want to work on and then work together to find solutions. I have two offices. One office is in the Falls Church Medical Center. It is a small office but feels more open with a large window. My other office is in a modern, single story office park in Manassas. That office seats five people and also has a window. Both offices have pleasant waiting rooms for comfort and privacy.
