My Approach to Helping
Do you find that you worry more than you would like to? Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed? Do you wish you could be more relaxed and less anxious. I think I can help. I am a Clinical Psychologist and specialize in treating clients with anxiety issues. I can provide you with concrete skills to alleviate stress and feel calmer. Additionally, through our work together I can help you gain more awareness into the dynamics and behaviors that contribute to your anxiety. Essentially, I can help your become more in touch with your thoughts and feelings. As a result, you will make decisions that make you feel more in control, less stressed and more satisfied with life.

My background includes clinical training at Harvard Medical School, Yeshiva University, and New York University. I am trained in cognitive therapy, mindfulness and psychodynamic therapy.
