My Approach to Helping
I believe each client has their own unique way of living life. I strive to honor the distinct way in which each person presents to me and recognize that it takes courage to seek help. I also understand that each individual is a survivor to their life circumstances and recognize the adaptive skills each person naturally has collected and nurtured over time. I use psychological principles to bridge the gap between the clients current life circumstances and where they would like to be.

I have a natural curiosity to the function of behavior and enjoy helping others to understand the strength behind behavior in order to provide insight which can lead to positive change.
