My Approach to Helping

I believe in meeting each client where they are. There is not one way to help someone resolve a problem in their life. I believe in helping my clients find the right path that works for them and following along beside them to provide wisdom in their lives to take the next steps and make better choices. A mental health professional should go above and beyond for their clients and I believe in this whole heartedly. My motto is "get me in your life and out of your life quickly so that you can live happy!"

More Info About My Practice

I am amongst a group of professionals that can help in every area of psychiatry and counseling. We provide online services for people "on the go". This is a great service for corporate America, busy individuals, elderlydisabled clients with no transportation, single mothers, and any client that cannot find the time to get to an office appointment. We bring the service to you.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love watching someone gain insight into themselves. I think we all as individuals see ourselves at times differently than others see us. We have the tendency to lie to ourselves or justify things to ourselves to make our actions sound OK in our minds. When someone gains insight into their own thoughts and behaviors, they become whole inside and out and happiness seems to consume their lives. I knew that I wanted to be a counselor since I was 14 years old when I volunteered in an abuse shelter. Ever since then I had a heart for people and wanted to make it my life's work to help individuals have a more positive outlook in a sometimes "crazy" and unpredictable world.
