My Approach to Helping

I try and meet the client where they are at. I am non-judgmental and always use humor. I am an eclectic therapist that uses certain aproaches for various problems and situations and have some fantastic self-developed techniques for treating addictions, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, couples, and families, and welcome those who feel their situation is often "too difficult" or "impossible". With the right technique and support, I find that lasting change is possible. I encourage you to head down the path of change, fullfilment, and possibilty...
