My Approach to Helping
Making the decision to seek therapy is a big step, so many unknowns. You don't know me or how it will be when we sit down together; finding the right therapist can feel frightening. It takes courage to trust someone with your pain. Our initial meeting will be a consultation appointment. It is free and about 30 minutes. This is the time we can talk about what's going on for you and how I can help. You can get a sense as to whether my style and approach will fit your needs.
