My Approach to Helping
Many people entering therapy believe their problems are a reflection of their identity. It is important for people to identify strengths and resources to take the necessary steps toward developing their full potential. In therapy, new meanings emerge that better reflect the way we see ourselves, our ability to make decisions and the way we want to be in relationship.
Throughout the therapeutic relationship, seeds are planted that require nurturing before thy can harvest. We must often weed out thoughts and beliefs that inhibit our growth. They are often deep rooted and take away from the pleasures of life. The relationship provides a nurturing environment for new seeds, ideas, and behaviors to take root.
As a therapist, I guide people through the geography of change. I offer individual therapy, couples and family therapy, hypnosis and group therapy.
Please visit my website for more detailed description of the different therapies I offer. My office is conveniently located off I-30 and Forest Park Blvd., near downtown in Fort Worth, Texas.
