My Approach to Helping
My philosophy is based on the importance of relationships in our satisfaction and happiness with life. Whether the relationship is parent/child, marriage, committed partners, family, or circle of friends, the quality of our relationships is fundamental in how we view the world. Clients guide the sessions because they determine how they want their lives and their relationships to be different. I tend to be more solution focused, based on what the client wants, using insight when necessary.
