My Approach to Helping
Searching for a therapist that is right for you can be a frustrating and overwhelming process. "Who will understand what I'm going through and be able to help me?" Good question. Research has shown that the KEY to successful therapy is a good fit between client and therapist. To help you with this important decision, I offer a free consultation so that we can meet and see how it feels to be together. It may also be important to know whether a therapist has had personal experience with the concern you are dealing with. I welcome your questions.

I have over 25 years experience practicing psychotherapy. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and have had the privilege of training many therapists. As previous Director of Clinical Services at a non-profit agency, I have dealt with a wide variety of clients from all walks of life.

Whether you are facing challenges in your relationships, experiencing anxiety or depression, confronting difficult decisions, or feeling the pain of loss, I am experienced with all of these issues and can help. Please call.
