My Approach to Helping

When life becomes frustrating, and you feel like you're going in circles, my help may be just what you need. My approach is holistic - utilizing mind, body, and spirit - to get to the core of the issue. In this way, you don't spend years delving into your symptoms, but work through the issue effectively the first time. People have often said, "I've gotten more out of 2 sessions with you then 10 years of therapy."

More Info About My Practice

I accept most PPO and POS insurance plans.
I am open Mon-Fri, with convenient morning, afternoon, and night time appointments.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Abuse and Trauma, DID, Eating Disorders, Addictions, Codependency,Couples' conflict resolution, Infidelity and Life Transitions

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

I am here to help you grow and learn about yourself - essentially to become unstuck. It is life changing to do this work. I think everyone deserves to experience it at least once their life.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love helping people connect to their inner strength and wisdom. Watching them transform before my eyes to create what they never thought was possible is so inspiring. Whether it's a teenager not wanting to numb anymore, a couple falling back in love, or a client letting go of pain - there is nothing more fulfilling than witnessing people reconnect to their best version of self.

My Role as a Therapist

I am here to hold up a mirror to you and help you see your blind spots. It is then up to you to decide what to do with that information, with my support and guidance of course.
Through use of various exercises and techniques, I help you achieve the peace and freedom from your road blocks, often going above and beyond your own expectations.

What I Usually Need to Know to Help

To help you, I just need to know you are willing to shift beyond your circumstances. You may not know how, but if you're willing, the symptoms or story really don't matter as long as the motivation is there.
