My Approach to Helping
I work with individuals and couples of all ages who wish to improve their lives and relationships. This includes improving communication skills, resolving issues of anger and stress and overcoming depression, shyness and anxiety. I provide parenting, family, couples, and marriage/relationship counseling. In addition to assisting people with the problems of aging, self-esteem and self-assertion, I work with individuals coping with on-going illness, grief and loss. As a writer, I am especially interested in working with writers and creative artists to develop and free their creativity.
