Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I feel it is a privilege working and helping people through difficult issues that are preventing them from reaching their full potential and at the same time maintain a sense of balance and harmony in their life. I also think treatment needs to be tailored to each individuals needs and that one approach does not meet all needs.
How Psychotherapy Can Help
Psychotherapy is an opportunity to delve into to your inner most thoughts ,feelings and fears, and challenge them in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. It helps people understand and determine why they may engage in feelings, thoughts or behaviors which are both self productive and self defeating. With understanding there is only growth and through understanding oneself you can be the person you truly and authentically are.
