My Approach to Helping
We all have inner resources for healing. We all move through live developing a series of beliefs and actions that serve us during a particular period of time. As we grow and change, it's helpful to reflect upon these and to lift burdens we may have accumulated along the way. I hope to be present to others so that they may gain additional internal regulation and inspiration through accessing what some call Spirit and others call Self-energy or The Mind. It is through deep listening that the differentiation and integration that brings us more fully into life occurs. By my presence and resonance I invite all who sit with me into a deeper experience of curiosity, courage, clarity and compassion.

More Info About My Practice
I especially enjoy working with couples. My partner and I have been together (off and on) for 38 years and through our relationship I've learned many tools that couples report as useful in my work with them.

Additionally, my background in education and my two daughters, ages 23 and 28 have provided me with a wealth of experience that assists me in my work with families.

I'm deeply steeped in the belief that we are connected to one another on many levels. My work combines mind, body and spirit to help soothe body pain and image difficulties, symptoms of panic, a sensation of "floating" or "being hazy", difficulties with impulsive anger, and struggling with a sense of shame.
