As a therapist, I use a variety of tools that best fit the situation, needs, strengths, and goals of the client. I provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, problems, situations and challenges in order to grow and move toward client desired outcomes. I believe there are times in our lives when the journey becomes challenging, yet with each new day comes the opportunity for a fresh start. I work with individuals, families and couples of all ages and backgrounds providing both short term solution-focused therapy and longer term therapy models based on the best fit for the client situation. I partner with my clients and together we work toward finding healthy solutions, healing, empowerment, and goal achievement with the ultimate outcome of finding a new beginning.

Insurance is not billed at this time, rather you will be given a receipt with all of the necessary information so that you may be reimbursed through your insurance if applicable.
