My Approach to Helping

My clients are comfortable and at ease from the first contact. My strengths lie in my ability to make connections and foster a warm relationship, even with those who are apprehensive. This is because of the improvements and benefits seen almost immediately. I has been working with children, teens and adults both in the public school system and in a clinical setting for fifteen years. Using a practical approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, a genuine style, and a commitment to the process of therapy, my clients have successfully developed coping and social skills, managed anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, family concerns, and other problem-solving areas.
