My Approach to Helping

I've worked as a psychotherapist for 30 years. My focus is on the competencies and positive attributes each person brings to problems that emege over the course of a life. At times, these difficulties can be quite complex and complicated and require an outside perspective and/or support. I don't find pathological diagnoses useful, so my clients welcome my directive, action-oriented assignments. My work utilizes their strengths and resources toward workable solutions as well as a deeper understanding of their current dilemnas and themselves.
