I draw from a large toolbox of cutting-edge modalities, including interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, breathing and bodywork, guided imagery, transpersonal psychology, and more. My diverse offerings empower you to transform yourself, your relationships, your business, and your organization.

As a licensed psychologist and business and life coach and professional speaker I, though my
company Life Unlimited, offer a number of services: marriage counseling and psychotherapy,
individual psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, self-esteem, inner-critic, authentic voice,
psycho-spiritual psychotherapy.

I take Out of Network Insurance.
I have office hours from Tuesdays through Saturdays mornings, afternoons and evenings, by appointment.
