With warmth and insight, I'll help you recover from losses, traumas and life-changing events so that you can successfully move forward in life. In the process, I'll assist you with uncovering strengths and abilities that you may have not been aware of before.
I'll help you learn how to tune into your body and emotions, so that you can start caring for your needs and feelings in a compassionate way. By learning how to tend to your innermost self, your life will start to feel more vibrant, meaningful and fulfilled.

Although I don't directly bill insurance companies at this time, I strive to keep my fees affordable: My baseline rate is $90/session, and I offer a sliding scale that starts at $60/session.
