I'll help you learn how to listen to your body and emotions, so that you can care for your needs better than before. By learning how to tend to your vibrant inner being, your life will start to feel more meaningful and fulfilled.

Although I don't directly bill insurance companies at this time, I strive to keep my fees affordable: My baseline rate is $90/session, and I offer a sliding scale that starts at $60/session.
