My Approach to Helping
My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic and relational, which means I'm interested in helping you safely explore your personal history, beginning from early childhood onward. I'll help you tend to your feelings and memories so that you'll come to know yourself better and develop the capacity for compassionate self-care.

Throughout our time together, I'll pay special attention to our therapeutic connection because our relationship can serve as a rich resource for your authentic recovery and well-being. It's of upmost importance to me that you feel respected, safe and understood in every session.

Depending on your needs and level of motivation, our work may be very focused on a certain problem or it may be more expansive, touching on a variety of your personal concerns. My ultimate interest is in your emotional healing and growth, and I'm always honored to be part of that process.

More Info About My Practice
My full fee is $90/session, and I maintain a pay-as-you-go policy. For clients with financial restrictions and no insurance, I reserve a few sliding scale appointments starting at $60/session.

If you have insurance, I'm part of the First Choice network, and several different plans fall within this network. If I happen to be outside of your network, you should be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company. The process to set this in place is fairly simple.
