My Approach to Helping

Finding help for emotional issues, family and relationship conflicts, or sexual problems is not an easy task, and can bring up uncomfortable feelings. People often "go it alone" for as long as possible, rather than reveal their problems to a therapist.

While there is no way to know in advance how you will respond to therapy, I can assure you that you have found a therapist who is highly credentialed, experienced, and adept at working with a wide range of emotional issues, and that you will be treated with respect, concern, and discretion.

Hours: By Appointment Only, Monday through Friday.

PayPal: You can pay for your session via PayPal. Please notify me by email or in session when you make a payment via PayPal.

Fee: This is something to discuss and come to agreement on in the first session.

Insurance: I am a Medicare Provider and a provider on the Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield panel. In addition, since I am licensed, you may be able to file a claim with your insurance company for reimbursement of your session fee. This is solely your responsibility; I do not bill insurance companies (except Medicare and Highmark) or take responsibility for collecting from your insurance company.

I am a therapist who is adept at working with a wide range of emotional problems and can help you resolve your issues with lasting results. Adults turn to me for help with depression, loneliness, work stress, parenting, and relationship problems. I work with women on a variety of issues including low sexual desire, poor body image, and low self-esteem. As a sex therapist, I help couples create more intimate and fulfilling couple experiences.
