My Approach to Helping
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I have a strong background in treating chemical dependency, eating disorders and mood disorders. I work closely with a psychiatric clinical team to provide the most comprehensive care to achieve balance, health and well-being. I am known as a creative therapist and enjoy facilitating groups including Cinema-Therapy, which uses film to facilitate group process and discussion of problems, Co-Dependency Groups and Pathological Gambling groups.

I am credentialed with most insurance panels, please call to verify. I also work with clients to bill PPO Out of Network benefits. Individual Psychotherapy fee is $150.00 per 50 minute session. I provide a one time free consultation visit to give you the opportunity to meet me and consider whether I can support your therapuetic needs.
