My Approach to Helping
Counseling provides a safe place to resolve many of the symptoms of emotional and physical stress related to addiction, depression, anxiety or trauma. Through relationship counseling, people learn how to reconnect after conflict and discover the power of truly listening to others in conversation. Helping people learn how to respond rather than react in close and intimate relationships, resolving conflict through healthy communication patterns.

More Info About My Practice
Sometimes people who care for each other encounter difficulties in their ability to resolve conflict in their relationship. Couples counseling can help improve insight, communication, and relationship quality, particularly when couples attend together.

My standard session fee is $120. Mention goodtherapy for a discount to $80 per session. Also consider the "Goodness of Fit" session.
Free "Goodness of Fit" session:
This initial consultation is a standard 50 minute session and is free of
charge. This introductory session can help you determine if Lindsay is the
right therapist for you. While a therapist's education and experience are
important, research shows us that therapist-client rapport is the single
greatest factor when determining whether the outcome of counseling was
beneficial or not. The "Goodness of Fit" session is a good opportunity
for judging this rapport.
