Knowledge is power, and knowledge about yourself forms the foundation of how you relate to others, cope, and make decisions in your life.
I specialize in Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) for deep and rapid change. Emotionally difficult aspects of life are often avoided because they have been too painful or frightening. By facing your feelings at their most painful intensity you can achieve symptom relief, a clear understanding of yourself, and liberate your full potential for life and relationships.
ISTDP is a systematic and comprehensive approach which finds support in the most recent findings, including attachment theory, mindfulness studies, neuroscience, and psychodynamic theory.
