My Approach to Helping

We are each able to find our own solutions to life's challenges. With varying timetables, differing priorities, limited resources and stresses on our energy, however, there are times when we would like some help. Sometimes, all we need to do is change our perspective, sometimes we need new skills, and sometimes we just need to be educated about how our mind, body, and emotions work. (I do give homework!) I help people construct and nurture a new belief system that will produce happiness, satisfaction, and personal growth. And get you back on your soul's path.
