More Info About My Practice
I believe a therapeutic approach should never be limited to a "one size fits all" model and will tailor treatment to meet your individual needs. I am trained in a broad range of treatment modalities and am committed to understanding you, your concerns and goals. My treatment model combines fundamental aspects of attachment based, emotion-focused, humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I believe that relationships are of primary importance to the development of the self. Through understanding the self in the context of relationships, we can begin to uncover and unblock the obstacles that keep us from living meaningful lives.
