My Approach to Helping
Are you wondering if you and your life may benefit from therapy? Consider taking some time for you. I will honor our work together, addressing whatever keeps you from living at your best. You need not worry that your concerns are too small for therapy. And I will warmly accept you even when your concerns seem too big or too shameful to share.
Since 2006, I have counseled individuals and families navigating normal life transitions and people with anxiety and depression. I also have in-depth experience in treating people with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse. Additionally, I specialize in counseling for therapists and clergy.
We will collaborate to renew your sense of wellness and increase your life satisfaction. Cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT principles, and spiritual perspectives are just a few of the approaches with which you and I can work to access your own strengths.
