My Approach to Helping

I believe that effective psychotherapy treats the whole person, not just the symptoms. Better emotional health combined with optimal physical health is the goal for treatment. I also believe that most people can achieve optimal emotional and physical health with hard work, discipline in an environment that supports personal growth. I believe that most people in treatment for emotional problems can find relief through effective psychotherapy without the need for prescription medication.
