Believing in the Wellness model. You are not broken or needing to be fixed. Knowing you are already whole with your own Wise Inner Healer. Seeing my job as a facilitator and supporter in your knowing and using your own strengths and wisdom. Acting as a guide in your process of healing and listening to the wisdom of your own Self.

 

More Info About My Practice
All my life I have had a curiosity about people and life; wondering how things interrelate and connect. My childhood was spent exploring the rural areas where I lived. I worked my way through college as a forest fire lookout, living on a 100 foot tower in the summers and studying. I have had the immense privilege to learn from some amazing teachers and travel the world participating in and teaching many workshops on the healing journey. As a result, I have a large variety of tools in my therapist toolbox. One of my greatest joys is walking with people on their healing journey. My approach to life is to laugh at myself often, dance with the Cosmic Trickster, focus on life's journey rather than the destination and take time to smell the flowers along the way. I invite you to explore your healing path with me as your companion for a time. Let's laugh together and explore possibilities.
