I enjoy working with clients to help improve their daily quality of life and work towards future personal goals. I work with adults, children and teens on a variety of issues including depression, stress/anxiety/panic, OCD, PTSD, trauma, abuse, family issues/divorce, school and work problems. I utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach to work on thoughts and behaviors that tend to disrupt lives and cause people pain.
