My Approach to Helping

Relationship counseling is the heart of my practice. As a Lisenced Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I work with couples and individuals who want to work toward creating or rediscovering the positive power of emotionally connected relationships. We will work together to identify and understand your individual and relational issues to find effective solutions to the challenges you are facing. Our work will focus on understanding your relational dance and learning new relational skills designed to reduce reactivity, create relational safety and trust, improve connection, communication and conflict resolution skills. I work with individuals and couples within the context of their relationships to identify strengths and resources which can help in problem resolution. I believe in the power of our closest relationships to support and heal us - and challenge us to grow.
