My Approach to Helping

Monarch Therapy, LLC is a holistic therapeutic healing center dedicated to empowering children, adolescents, and adults to reach their full potential... emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We will be honored to help you or your child transform the pain, emerge refreshed, and become free.

Kimberly, founder of Monarch Therapy, LLC, is a licensed clincial social worker and registered play therapist, as well as supervisor of social work interns and play therapists. Counseling services include play therapy (using a child's natural language of play to address issues), particularly sand tray therapy, EMDR (one of the most effective techniques for trauma), solution focused, and mindfulness approaches. We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

With awareness of the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual healing benefits of complementary approaches, we also offer massage therapy, yoga for all ages, energy healing, and transformational breathing sessions, as well as parent training and behavior services. We specialize in helping individuals and families resolve stress, anxiety, trauma, and adjust to life transitions (divorce, grief/loss, moving, etc.)
