My Approach to Helping
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment. I help individuals easily learn to use effective communication, coping, and parenting skills. These skills greatly improve your sense of empowerment, peace, and happiness with yourself, your partner, and your family.
I provide a safe environment for you to share your thoughts and feelings while giving you helpful, practical information on how you can gain power and happiness in your own life as well as peace in your interactions with others.
I enjoy working with individuals of all diversities. I have trained in child and adolescent psychiatry. Additionally, I work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, learning disabilites, behavioral problems, anger management, trauma, marital difficulties, and co-parenting resolution.
More Info About My Practice
I am a preferred provider and am in-network for most insurance companies. Most visits are covered by insurance for the cost of an office visit co-payment. I also offer a sliding scale and a discounted rate for students. After normal office hours and weekend appointments available.
