My Approach to Helping

As an professional psychotherapist, I provide individual, couple and family therapy. I specialize in helping people transform their most important relationships, by first understanding themselves and how they function in those relationships and developing healthy commununciation skills and conflict management tools. Our relationships are an important component of our lives, and very often have a significant impact on our emotional and mental well being. Unhealthy relationship can often make us vulnerable to depression, isolation, anger, resentment and anxiety in our daily lives. Therapy is a unique opportunity to have a safe, comfortable, professional environment to understand the patterns and behaviors that create stress and conflict in our lives.
