My Approach to Helping
My passion is helping others. When the two of us meet, expect a space where you will feel appreciated and heard. Together we can work through issues whether they involve relationships, family issues, employment issues, or school. Feel free to share and expect to feel empowered when discussing things of the heart. I am often told that I am a "good listener". Focusing on building on someone's strengths and helping them see their full potential is what makes strength-based solution-focused therapy my specialty. It is easy for me to see the good in someone and to help them see the good in themselves.
