I believe that we all have the potential to live powerful lives. Still, sometimes we become 'stuck' in our ability to experience this. Something gets in the way, it might be fears, hurts, trauma, or something else. We forget who we really are and our potential to access what is needed to move through these times and return to a fulfilling experience in our relationships and our life. Sometimes what is needed is to be reintroduced to that potential.
